SAVE THE DATE ~ Annual MLK Candlelight Walk

Our MLK Candlelight Ceremony is a celebratory event that reminds us that the dreams and work of Dr. King, our founders, and those of us who are now present need our deliberate and intentional efforts to become a reality.

 

Throughout the event you will experience inspiring speeches from students and adults from our community and be uplifted by student vocal and instrumental performances, guest professional performances, a forensic presentation, and poetry recitals. On this day, workshops and discussion roundtables for all ages are student-led and facilitated.   

 

This day of celebration calls out to us to recommit to the ongoing work of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice.
