Alex '23

“Community is what makes Roeper welcoming,” says 8th grader, Alex. He loves that students really get to know their teachers and echoes the school’s philosophy by stating that with freedom comes responsibility. He points to the “fire-making” class with Cathy and Susie in Stage III as an example of this core tenet. In that class, students learned fire safety and how to build a fire in a time of need. Alex is the true definition of a student-athlete competing in cross country, track, and basketball throughout the year. He’s a #RoeperKid.
