An independent Preschool through Grade 12 school for gifted students.

Tuition & Affordability

Gifted programs around the country are being cut, making a Roeper education even more valuable. Still the idea of taking on the expense of an independent school education can be intimidating. There are several ways to make a Roeper education attainable.

Facts About Our Financial Aid Program

  • Financial aid is not a loan. It is a reduction in tuition. You do not have to pay it back.
  • 50% of Roeper families who qualify for financial aid earn over $100,000 per year.
  • An independent third party determines what you can afford.
  • Roeper's financial aid program is based entirely on need.
  • Need-based scholarships available for new students entering grades 6-10.
  • Partial scholarships can be combined with other financial aid.

Roeper founders stipulated that the school's educational mission could not be achieved without an inclusive and diverse student body. Socioeconomic diversity is a key part of this mission. One third of Roeper students receive some type of financial aid. Over $1.5 million is awarded annually with the average award around $9,000. Awards vary based on a family’s need. Factors such as income, assets, and family size are considered.
