Steven Raphael Invited to the Math Olympiad Program!

Roeper sophomore Steven Raphael has been invited to attend the Mathematical Olympiad Program (MOP) to be held at Carnegie Mellon from June 3rd to 27th. MOP is a rigorous problem-solving camp which helps prepare high school students for math competitions. Starting with over 132,000 students who take a series of American Mathematics Competitions tests, only about 60 students in the United States are invited to attend this free summer program. Six of these students will be selected to represent the USA in competition with over 100 other countries at the International Mathematics Olympiad from July 3rd to 14th in Romania. Congratulations Steven and we look forward to hearing about this amazing experience.
