Upper School Student Facilitated Diversity Activity
The Student Diversity Advisory Council, under the guidance of Carolyn Lett, put together a simulation meant to illustrate the uneven way wealth and resources are often distributed across communities. It was a significant endeavor for the SDAC to organize all upper school students, take on facilitation roles, and manage the flow of the activity—but the exercise provoked thoughtful reflection on class structure, human behavior, and the systems that can shape success and struggle.
