The Bridge has launched a new mentorship program open to all Roeper Black alumni! The Bridge is a growing network of Black Roeper alumni with a mission to serve as a catalyst for promotion, affirmation, engagement, celebration, and empowerment of and for the Black alumni, families, faculty, and staff.
The mentorship program aims to develop a sense of community among the Black Roeper community in conjunction with helping alums navigate academic and professional challenges they may encounter after graduation. Individuals are not required to live in a certain locality or to have received a college degree to participate.
Participant Criteria:
Former Roeper School student
Identify as a Black individual
Committed to actively participating in the Program between June 2023 - March 2024
Participant Expectations:
Attend virtual orientation and end-of-year virtual celebration meetings
Connect with your mentor/mentee once a month
Occasional check-ins with The Bridge
Applications for both mentors and mentees are open now through May 24th!
