While going through the Birmingham Campus, our school photographer found something interesting going on in the Biology lab so he took some shots. When we asked teacher, Logan Parkison, about the lesson he said,
"We were learning about the integumentary system (skin), the different layers, and wound healing. We practiced suturing techniques on pig's feet because the density and thickness are similar to human skin."
