Chinese New Year in Scott and Laura's Homeroom

Diana and her mother Lulu presented a lesson on Chinese New Year on 1/13. In addition to learning the history of the holiday, the class learned how to make and cut out the symbol for spring, they created traditional crafts to decorate the room and sampled various treats.
