Celebrating 75th years, Roeper Summer Programs have provided multi-faceted programs focusing on fun and personal growth.

Founders George and Annemarie Roeper introduced summer camps in 1947 to provide a rewarding and accessible experience for children throughout metro Detroit. To this day, Roeper Summer Programs embraces the central characteristics of the Roeper community: diversity, an appreciation for all people, and respect for everyone's potential.  The Roeper School’s mission, educating and inspiring gifted students to think as individuals and engage as a community with compassion for each other and this world, extends to Roeper Summer Programs. While the school is designed for gifted children, our camps are open to all children.
