Lower School
Located on 13 acres, our program nurtures and challenges children at each developmental stage. Our daily experiences are intentional and personalized with a focus on including student voice and choice.
Throughout the day, we provide opportunities for students to wonder, investigate, discover, and think critically about concepts and the world around them. Our learning environment engages students, provides appropriate challenge, and supports lifelong social/emotional development.Powerful thinking, combined with intensities, creates a worldview different than the norm. Students need spaces that enhance their academic work around research and media literacy, but they also need places to informally gather, socialize, work collaboratively, and enjoy a snack.
The deliberate creation of a Learning Commons in the center of our building is the intersection of academic and social common spaces. It encourages the interdependent relationships we foster through the Lower School and hold dearly in Middle & Upper School.Register for an Open House and Tour
