Registration Process

Camp registration opens at noon on January 26, 2019. REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE. No faxed, emailed, mailed or hand-delivered applications will be accepted.

Deposit and Payment Info

  • Registration is not complete until the $150 deposit per session is received by the camp office.
  • Deposits are due within 14 days of registration.
  • Registrations in which the deposit is not received within 14 days are subject to cancellation.
  • Confirmation of registration will be emailed once your deposit has been received.
  • For all registrations submitted after May 1, 2019, FULL payment must be received within 14 days of registration in order to secure a camper’s placement.
  • Remaining camp fees, after the enrollment deposit has been applied, are due in two equal installments due April 1, 2019 and May 1, 2019
  • All returned checks will incur a $30 fee.
  • Credit Cards are not accepted.

Campers enrolled in all eight weeks of Day Camp or a combination of Day Camp, full-day Sports, STEM, and Summer Stock Theatre receive a $300 discount applied to the total camp fee after registration. Campers enrolled in all six weeks of Summer Stock Theatre receive a $225 discount applied to the total camp fee after registration. Discounts do not apply to the Summer Stock Theatre Preschool or the Specialty Camps.

Wait-List Policy

If a session is full, your child may be added to the online wait-list. Families on the wait-list will be notified via the email address that was used for registering when a space becomes available. They will then have 72 hours to respond before the space is offered to the next family on the wait-list. Families will be contacted in the order they register for the wait-list for a particular session. Families will need to login to their account and complete the required paperwork within the 72 hour response period. It is not necessary to submit a deposit  for wait-listed sessions. However, a deposit is required for all confirmed registered sessions. Payments are due after acknowledgment of your child’s confirmed space.  All cancellation policies apply to registered families, as well as to those on the wait-list who accept spaces.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation and refund requests need to be submitted  to the Roeper Summer Programs office in writing or by email.
  • Refunds for deposits are provided only before the deadline dates listed below. Cancellation of enrollment should not be assumed until confirmed by the Roeper Summer Programs office.
  • All refunds will be processed within two weeks of notification.
  • Refunds of camp fees are not provided after the deadlines listed below for any reason, including, without limitation: absences, suspensions, dismissals, withdrawals, or dissatisfaction with placement or program.
  • For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required to receive a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided for camp closures due to circumstances beyond the camp’s control, such as severe weather and power outages.
  • After the deadlines, no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.
