Online Registration

Camp registration opens at noon on February 3, 2018. REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE. No faxed, emailed, mailed or hand-delivered applications will be accepted.

Deposit and Payment Info

Registration is not complete until the deposit per session per child is received by the camp office. All deposits are due within 14 days of registration. For all Specialty Camps, full payment must be received within 14 days of registration.

All payments must be made by cash or check only. Credit cards are NOT accepted. All checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30 fee. Cash or checks made payable to Roeper Summer Programs should be sent to:

Confirmation of registration will be emailed once your deposit has been received. For all registrations submitted after May 1, 2018, FULL payment must be received within 14 days of registration in order to secure a camper’s placement.

Wait-List Policy

If a session is full, your child can be added to the wait-list online. Families on the wait-list will be notified via email when a space becomes available and will have 72 hours to respond before the space is offered to the next family on the wait-list. Families will be contacted in the order they register for the wait-list for a particular session. For openings that occur on March 28 in accordance with the cancellation policy, families will be contacted beginning April 9, 2018. It is not necessary to submit a deposit if your child is on the wait-list. Payments are due after acknowledgment of your child’s confirmed space.  All cancellation policies apply to registered families, as well as to those on the wait-list who accept spaces.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests need to be submitted in writing or by email and received by the Roeper Summer Programs office. Refunds for deposits are provided only before the deadline dates listed below. Cancellation of enrollment should not be assumed until confirmed by the Roeper Summer Programs office. All refunds will be processed within two weeks of notification. Refunds of camp fees are not provided after the deadlines listed below for any reason, including, without limitation: absences, suspensions, dismissals, withdrawals, or dissatisfaction with placement or program. After the deadlines, no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.

For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required to receive a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for camp closures due to circumstances beyond the camp’s control, such as severe weather and power outages.
