If a session is full, your child may be added to the wait-list online. Families on the wait-list will be notified via email when a space becomes available and will have 72 hours to respond before the space is offered to the next family on the wait-list. Families will be contacted in the order they register for the wait-list for a particular session. For openings that occur on March 28 in accordance with the cancellation policy, families will be contacted beginning April 9, 2018. It is not necessary to submit a deposit for the session that your childis on the wait-list for. Payments are due after acknowledgment of your child’s confirmed space. All cancellation policies apply to registered families, as well as to those on the wait-list who accept spaces.
