“Freedom and choice are what makes Roeper ‘Roeper,” says 7th grader, Lily. This vibrant art-lover started her Roeper journey in Stage II and hasn’t looked back. “At most schools you aren’t able to change things and you don’t have a voice,” she says. She points to the fact that Roeper students call teachers by their first names as a further example of mutual respect. Lily keeps herself busy throughout the year participating in volleyball, basketball, and travel soccer. When she's not in school or playing sports, she can be found cuddling up with her four dogs and two guinea pigs. She’s a #RoeperKid.
