If you are looking for Emma, you will likely find her competing with Roeper Forensics or traveling across the country competing with her travel team! She has competed throughout middle school and high school and will join the top 10 nationally ranked Forensics Team at Eastern Michigan University this fall, where she was awarded an academic scholarship. Emma plans to major in Communications and to become more heavily involved in politics. Emma started attending Roeper in the 6th grade and says she feels lucky she ended up here. “In middle school, Roeper helps foster what you’re passionate about,” says Emma. “Then you’re ready to start developing that passion in high school.” Public policy and women’s studies also intrigue her, especially after this most recent presidential election. One day Emma hopes to be an integral part in reforming the healthcare system. Emma is a #RoeperKid.
