Through the art of Capoeira we are able to create the next generation of leaders; open minded and educated in culture, fitness, self-expression and much more. The flow of kicks, escapes, cartwheels and handstands set to the powerful rhythm of Brazilian songs and percussion instruments are the perfect remedy to keep kids active and fit. Capoeira combines martial arts, dance, acrobatics and music, making it ideal for kids because it relies on agility and spontaneous escapes as it develops leadership, teamwork, coordination, strength and flexibility.
