REGISTRATION
Students must be entering grades 1 through 12 in the fall of 2013 to be enrolled in the Roeper Summer Stock Theatre.
A separate form must be completed for each camper.
Online registration is available, or applicants may fill our both sides of the registration form and mail it with the per session deposit to:

Registration for Roeper Summer Stock Theatre will begin on January 21, 2013. (Applications received prior to this date will not be processed before January 21.) Confirmation of registration will be mailed within three weeks of receipt after January 21.
To be processed, FULL payment must accompany applications received after May 1, 2013.

ENROLLMENT DEPOSITS & CAMP Fees
SUMMER STOCK THEATRE (Grades 6-12)
Total four-week session fee: $980
Per session enrollment deposit: $300
SUMMER STOCK THEATRE JUNIOR (Grades 1-3 and 4-6)
Session 1 two-week total session fee: $440
Session 2 two-week total session fee: $490
Session 3 two-week total session fee: $490
Per session enrollment deposit $150
A three-session discount of $140 will be applied to the Total Camp Fee for any campers enrolled in Summer Stock Theatre Junior Camp for all six weeks. The three-session total will be $1280.
The remaining camp fee, after the enrollment deposit has been applied, will be due by May 1, 2013. Registrations received after May 1, 2013 must be accompanied by the full program fee.

Refunds
The Enrollment Deposit is nonrefundable after March 31, 2013. For refund of deposit, cancellation must be received in writing before March 31, 2013. Once registered, all cancellations must be received in writing. If a cancellation letter is not received, payment will be required.
After March 31, 2013 no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.
There are no refunds for absences. For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund.
