ROEPER SUMMER DAY CAMP ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Campers must be between the ages of 3 and 12 on June 24, 2013 to be enrolled in camp. Children must be potty-trained and able to use the bathroom independently to attend camp.

* Please note that camp will be closed on July 4.
Open Houses
Open communication among parents, children and the camp is a strong factor in the happy adjustment of your child at Roeper Summer Day Camp. Parents and children who wish to have a camp tour and a chance to ask questions are encouraged to attend one of the two orientation sessions. Orientation sessions will be conducted by Camp staff in the Steward Building on Roeper’s Bloomfield Hills campus on the following dates:

Saturday, April 20, 2013 - 10:00am

A separate form must be completed for each camper.
Online registration is available, or applicants may fill our both sides of the registration form and mail it with the $150 per session deposit to:

Registration for Roeper Summer Day Camp will begin on January 21, 2013. (Applications received prior to this date will not be processed before January 21.) Confirmation of registration will be mailed within three weeks of receipt after January 21.
To be processed, FULL payment must accompany applications received after May 1, 2013.

Bus Transportation is not available
The remaining camp fees, after the enrollment deposit has been applied, will be due in two equal installments as follows:

Please make checks payable to Roeper Summer Day Camp or submit an e-check through online registration. Credit cards are NOT accepted.
Scholarship Info
A limited number of Roeper Summer Day Camp scholarships are available for 2013. Award amounts offered may be partial- or full-session scholarships. The maximum scholarship awarded will be one session per child. Scholarships will be awarded based upon demonstrated financial need and scholarship availability, until all funds are exhausted. Applications are due March 1, 2013. Please contact the camp office for a scholarship application and submit it with a printed camp registration form.
Refunds
The $150.00 per session Enrollment Deposit is nonrefundable after March 31, 2013. For refund of deposit, cancellation must be received in writing before March 31st.Once registered, all cancellations must be received in writing. If a cancellation letter is not received, payment will be required.
After March 31, 2013, no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.
There are no refunds for absences. For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund.
Other Forms
The necessary camp forms will be mailed to you with your confirmation letter.
By law, children must have a physician-signed health form returned to Roeper before starting camp. Health forms completed within one year of the start of camp will be accepted. First aid is provided for minor injuries at camp.
