The Roeper School is a nonprofit corporation governed by a 29-member Board of Trustees representing parents, staff, alumni, students and other members of the community. The School is organized into three divisions: Lower School, ages 2 1/2 - 11; Middle School, grades 6 - 8; and Upper School, grades 9 -12.

The School enrolls over 630 students from Stage I through Grade 12. Students are from the greater Detroit metropolitan area, representing 60 communities in southeast Michigan, as well as a variety of ethnic, racial and economic backgrounds.
