ROEPER SUMMER DAY CAMP ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Camp Dates  June 23 – August 15, 2008  8:30am – 3:30pm
1st Session June 23 – July 3*
2nd Session July 7 – July 18
3rd Session July 21 – August 1
4th Session August 4 – August 15
* Please note that Camp will be closed on July 4.

Open Houses

Open communication among parents, children and the camp is a strong factor in the happy adjustment of your child at Roeper Summer Day Camp. Parents and children who wish to have a camp tour and a chance to ask questions are encouraged to attend one of the four orientation sessions. Orientation sessions will be conducted by Camp staff in the Steward Building on Roeper’s Bloomfield Hills campus on the following dates:

  • Saturday, February 2, 2008   12:00 & 1:00pm
  • Saturday, March 1, 2008       10:00 & 11:00am
Registration

Campers must be between the ages of 3 and 11 on June 23, 2008 to be enrolled in camp. Children must be potty-trained and able to use the bathroom independently to attend camp.

A separate form must be completed for each camper.

Applicants must fill out the registration and mail it with the $150 per session deposit to:

Applications for returning Roeper campers and their families will be accepted beginning January 28, 2008. (Applications received prior to this date will not be processed before January 28.) Confirmation of registration will be mailed within three weeks of receipt after January 28.

Open Registration for new campers will begin on February 11, 2008. New camper applications received prior to this date will be processed beginning February 11, and registration confirmation will be mailed within three weeks of receipt after February 11.

To be processed, FULL payment must accompany applications received after May 1, 2008.

*The $150.00 per session Enrollment Deposit, will be deducted from the Total Camp Fee
**A $200.00 Discount has been applied to the Total Camp Fee for campers enrolled for all eight weeks

Bus Transportation: Not available

The remaining camp fees, after the enrollment deposit has been applied, will be due in two equal installments as follows:

  • Installment #1    Due April 1, 2008
  • Installment #2    Due May 1, 2008

Please make checks payable to Roeper Summer Day Camp; Credit cards are NOT accepted.

 

Refunds

The $150.00 per session Enrollment Deposit is nonrefundable after April 1, 2008. For refund of deposit, cancellation must be received in writing before April 1.* After April 1, 2008 no refunds will be issued, and all unpaid fees shall be due and payable in the amounts and at the times designated in the contract.

There are no refunds for absences. For extended illness, refunds will be on a per-day basis beginning after the fourth day of absence. A signed letter from a physician is required for refund.

* Once registered, all cancellations must be received in writing. If a cancellation letter is not received, payment will be required.
